Finding the fault
We find out what is actually wrong before anyone talks about money. Where a repair will hold, you get a price for the repair. Where replacement is on the table, you get a price for that too, side by side, with what each one buys you and how long it is likely to last. Both options, in writing. Which one you take is entirely your call.
Installation
New residential heating and cooling equipment, installed and warrantied, and old equipment replaced. This is where our HVAC work is focused. We price match a like-for-like installation quote from another contractor, so shopping around costs you nothing and you still get our crew and our warranty.
This is residential work. Commercial heating and cooling is not something we take on. Routine HVAC servicing and maintenance is something we are still building out, so call and ask rather than assume — we would rather say no than waste your afternoon.
The visit
Same trip charge as our plumbing work
There is no free visit and no $59 special. The trip charge buys a proper diagnosis and a written price, and it is the same figure whether we are looking at a furnace or a sewer lateral. The reasoning is on the main page and it has not changed.
